At Quorn Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone or porcelain tiles. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure all tiles are securely packed in their original crates or boxes and palletized if necessary to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Transportation

  You are responsible for arranging the return shipping to our central warehouse; we recommend using a tracked service with insurance for high-value stone products.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees within 10 working days.
